Refund policy
No Returns / Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of trading cards and sealed collectibles, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy is in place to prevent tampering, resealing, or product substitution and to protect the integrity of our merchandise. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on any Pokémon cards, sealed products, or collectibles once shipped. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on Pokémon products. All sales are final.
Refunds
We do not issue refunds except in cases where an order arrives damaged or incorrect. Approved cases will be resolved with either a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not available once a product has shipped.
